Magic Kingdom

Enter a land where fantasy reigns

Main Street, U.S.A.

The Dapper Dans

A sweet, talented, and corny barbershop quartet. On Main Street at 9:00 AM, 9:50 AM, 10:40 AM, 11:25 AM, 1:15 PM, 2:00 PM, and 3:40 PM.

Festival of Fantasy Parade

Also known as the 3:00 PM parade. This parade features The Fab Five (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy and Goofy) as well as all the princesses and princes and a few villains, too!

Happily Ever After

The current nighttime fireworks spectacular at the Magic Kingdom. A moving mix of music, projections, and pyrotechnics, this is arguably the best castle show Disney has ever produced. A must-see (multiple times).

Walt Disney World Railroad

Before there was a Disneyland, there was, in Walt’s backyard, the Carrollwood Pacifc Railroad. Walt Disney loved trains and made sure that his new park in Anaheim had an authentic steam train that circled the park. And they brought that to Florida! Board at either Main Street, Frontierland, or Fantasyland for a 1.5-mile scenic trip around the Magic Kingdom.

Adventureland

Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse

Nope. Climb a bunch of stairs for no good reason. Skip it.

The Magic Carpets of Aladdin

A Dumbo-style ride for when Dumbo isn’t available. Gerry’s childhood favorite, and yes, Gary has ridden it.

The Jungle Cruise

An outdoor boat ride through jungle scenes from around the world, complete with a skipper with a bad sense of humor.

Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room

A great way to spend 15 minutes off your feet! Arguably the most iconic of all the attractions at Walt Disney World and Disneyland—the birds that started everything. This is a silly but sweet show.

Pirates of the Caribbean

Iconic dark ride. Wait times vary. L+L MustDo™

Frontierland

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

This is a fun roller coaster that is mostly outdoors. Usually a long wait time. Wildest ride in the wilderness.

Country Bear Jamboree

Iconic. Hokey. And closed for a reimagining while we’re there. Saddest of sad faces. We hope it comes back just as hokey as before.

TIANA’S BAYOU ADVENTURE

The reimagining of Splash Mountain, which – while beloved by many – needed to be replaced. For reasons. We strongly suggest watching The Princess and the Frog before riding this one.

Liberty Square

The Hall of Presidents

What started with Abraham Lincoln at the 1964-65 World’s Fair in New York has grown to include all the presidents (even those we don’t like). Hokey but a good representation of Disney audio-animatronics. A good 20 minutes off your feet.

The Haunted Mansion

Iconic. It’s a scary dark ride that doesn’t have a height requirement but may not be for kids. Fun Disney theming. Hit or miss in terms of wait times. L+L MustDo™

Fantasyland

Prince Charming Regal Carrousel

It’s a carousel. That’s all it is. Usually a long wait. No height requirement.

Mickey’s Philharmagic

Not to be confused with the marching band of a similar name, this is a cute 3D move that really seems more like a giant commercial for the Disney animated films up through the 2010s, but it’s fun. If you can do 3D, do this. L+L MustDo™

Peter Pan’s Flight

Sweet little ride in a flying boat through London and Neverland. This ride lasts 90 seconds. Usually a long wait. Aimed at littles. Any height. L+L MustDo™ but that’s just us.

“it’s a small world”

Iconic. Ear worm. But a nice way to get off your feet for a while. Usually a short wait. No height requirement. L+L MustDo™

Under the Sea – Journey of The Little Mermaid

A sweet little ride in an oyster shell. Aimed at littles, but an adorable and heavily themed ride. No height requirement. L+L MustDo™

The Barnstormer

Baby’s first roller coaster. Geared towards littles. Has a 35” height requirement. Adorable.

Dumbo the Flying Elephant

Arguably the most iconic small child ride. Now with two identical carousels and a circus play area while you wait.

The Mad Tea Party

Sit in a cup and spin. If you like nausea, this ride is for you. No height requirement – ALL people welcome to vomit!

The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh

Follow Pooh as he looks for honey. Hit or miss in terms of wait times. Aimed at littles.

Seven Dwarfs Mine Train

Small roller coaster, lots of side-to-side. Usually a long wait. Has a 38” height requirement.

Tomorrowland

Tomorrowland Speedway

A ride for people who like to sit in traffic. A 32″ height requirement. Little gas-powered cars on a track. Kind of old-fashioned.

TRON Lightcycle Run

BECOME Jeff Bridges! Very short, very fast rollercoaster where you ride one of the TRON lightcycles. Be sure to try the ride vehicle out before you commit to getting in line!

Space Mountain

This is a wild mouse roller coaster in the dark. Not great for bad backs, necks or bad anything, really. Usually a 30 – 70 minute wait. L+L MustDo™

Astro Orbiter

A flying rocket that goes round and round. A ride better suited for kids, but high up.

Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover

A ride to do when you’re tired of walking. No height requirement. It just…moves you around Tomorrowland and tells you stuff. An L+L MustDo™

Carousel of Progress

This is not a short attraction at 21 minutes, but is iconic. It is one of the few things in Walt Disney World that Walt himself had a hand in (he passed away five years before WDW opened). We do it when we’re hot and tired.

Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin

A ride and shooting game. Geared towards younger children but can be fun for adults, too!
